ALS 22 Jul. 1844 to his daughter, Mary Stanton, Granville, Ohio, in the care of Rev. Mr. Bush " ... I was a little surprised at hearing that your funds are exhausted ..." He is writing from a convention he is attending in Columbus, Ohio. Also included are three letters concerning the Stanton family and identifying Stanton as the author of this letter.
